It also provides parents with a structured programme that lets their children develop diving skills, learn about the underwater aquatic environment and have a lot of fun. This is also an excellent way to introduce kids to scuba diving prior to full Padi Open Diver Certification.

What do you need to start?
You need to be at least 8 years old, have a sense of adventure and have completed and signed the PADI Seal Team Statement. This must also be signed by your parent or guardian.

What will you do?
The PADI Seal Team programme is built around five action - packed aqua missions. These are brand new underwater pool adventures, where you learn exciting scuba activities

Included in the programme is an informative DVD, activity book (full of exciting facts, and lots of fun stuff!) and a logbook - all important for recording those fantastic dive experiences!

How long will it take?
PADI programs are performance based but you can expect to complete the five Aqua Missions in five pool sessions.

What do you need to bring?
All equipment is provided for you - just bring swimwear, a towel and a t-shirt to wear in the pool.

Where can you go from here?
